This 10-Day series is perfect for anyone, but if bunions have been interrupting your regular fitness program then you will 100% benefit from this unique series. For 10 days Tamara will guide you through a full fitness program, from strength to cardio to stretching showing feet-friendly moves throughout.
While a lot of exercises are fine with people with bunions (ie. chest press, rows, squats, etc), what can be challenging is training the core and lower body without flexing the feet. Tamara will show you alternate moves, so you not only improve your fitness but you are also educated for future workouts on what you can sub in when an exercise is uncomfortable for the foot/feet.
