She enjoys performing and her journey with teaching has given her the privilege to be able to share her passions in a sincere way. Her classes incorporate routines that promote correct spinal posture and build stronger bodies by targeting neglected muscles. She is passionate about barre and has her own Barre Fitness Instructor Training Program.
