DAY 3 of the 6-Day Stress Release Series.
In our practice on and off the mat, we often have a tendency to focus on what isn’t working. From cancelled or compromised plans to a meal mishap, to the flurries of things we are missing out on - life can feel out of control when times are busy. Our yoga practice can also teach us to zoom out and connect to the whole - to intention, to meaning, to the present. Today, we notice the ways that we can shift our focus in order to realign with our true goals this season.
Have a folded towel or blanket or a cushion nearby. We will also be using a yoga strap, but a belt or tea towel will also work. Two blocks (or full toilet paper rolls or cans) may help bring the floor closer in our standing poses.
SORRY! But we had some issues with our autofocus on the camera. There are a few seconds, throughout the video that are unfocused.
