DAY 5 of the 6-Day Stress Release Series.
What happened to the joy? Just like we tend to forget the big picture, sometimes we forget to savour, to luxuriate, to bask in enjoyment… which is definitely one of the main experiences at our disposal during the holiday season! In today’s practice, we approach our bodies and our postures with curiosity, enjoyment, and gratitude.
Have a folded towel or blanket or a cushion nearby. Two blocks (or full toilet paper rolls or cans) may help bring the floor closer in our standing poses. A bolster or couch cushion will be helpful for the supported postures at the end.
