DAY 4 of the 6-Day Stress Release Series.
Remember, support is available. Sometimes, we forget that we don't have to take it ALL ON ourselves. Can you outsource an errand? Call on community? Recruit family members? On the mat, we also often forget or deny the help available to us. In today’s prop-laden class, we give our hands a break and find ways to find ease with external support. Take the load off for a while so that we may re-emerge with all the inner strength we need to continue.
Have a folded towel or blanket or a cushion nearby.
We will also be using a chair, so ensure you have one close by!
A bolster or couch cushion will be helpful for the supported postures at the end.
