On Day 1, we will start our journey into the Five Animals Qi Gong with the Opening and Closing movements. These movements serve as the foundation for the practice and help us to enter into a state of relaxation and mindfulness. The Opening movement prepares our body and mind for the practice, while the Closing movement allows us to integrate the energy cultivated during the session and brings the practice to a relaxed conclusion.
