2-a-day workout sample week:
Monday:
AM Session: 20 minutes of interval cardio
PM Session: 20 minutes of upper body training
Tuesday:
AM Session: 20 minutes of HIIT cardio
PM Session: 20 minutes of lower body training
Wednesday:
AM Session: 20 minutes of interval cardio
PM Session: yoga class
Thursday:
AM Session: 30 minutes of steady-state cardio
PM Session: 30 minutes total body strength
Friday:
AM Session: 20 minutes of interval cardio
PM Session: 30 minutes of low-impact aerobics followed by flexibility exercise
Saturday:
AM Session: 40 minute steady state cardio
PM Session: 40 minute total body strength
Sunday:
