The workout involves performing high-intensity exercises for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest in 8 rounds. You will be doing exercises like heel touch squats, 45-degree lunges, butt kicks, and sprinter lunges. There are no limits on how hard you can push yourself, so make sure to give it your all!
