On Day 7, we'll review all of the movements we've learned over the past six days and put them together into a complete routine. We'll practice the Five Animals Qi Gong from start to finish and discuss some tips and tricks for getting the most out of your practice. By the end of this video, you'll be able to perform the entire routine on your own and experience the many benefits of this ancient practice.
