For our final day (day 5) of thie series, we are reminded of all the tools we have at our disposal in order to reconnect to the true potential of this season.

Have a folded towel or blanket, a cushion, or a block nearby for seated postures. A bolster, or couch cushion, might also be helpful but not necessary.
