The cardio workout is all standing, so no getting up and down. It's just straight cardio thatβs easy on the joints yet challenging for the heart, lungs, and muscles!
As a bonus, we will work on your hip flexibility & mobility with my three favourite stretches at the end (this will require you to come down to the floor).
