At Over Fifty Fitness, we always look for ways to support you in living your best life and staying fit—even if you aren't feeling 100%! Our 10-Day Low Back Friendly Fitness Program was designed to help you maintain your overall fitness when your lower back pain has flared up and is keeping you from your regular workouts. It is a fully built-out, follow-along program to help you maintain your fitness and your sanity!

This program is also great if you’ve been ill and are looking for a series to help ease yourself into your regular workouts.

Each day of this program includes a different workout, including strength exercises, modified cardio workouts, and stretching/mobility drills. These workouts have been carefully selected and programmed to be gentle on your lower back while still effectively maintaining overall fitness levels. Lace up your runners, and let’s keep you moving with this 10-day program.
