We celebrate the possibilities to come, the life that we get to live. In this heart-opening practice, we get to embody celebration. What else will you do to celebrate in a heart-centred way?
Props needed: Bolster or couch cushion, pillow or low block for seated, a yoga strap or bathrobe tie, blocks or something to bring the earth closer
