Ladder Strength Workout.
This is a total body strength workout uses a ladder drill to really hit the muscles. Perfect for anyone over the age of 40 who want to get rid of flabby muscles! 💪
Tools needed: a pair of light and moderate dumbbells
1, Goblet squat
2. DB together chest press
3. Renegade row
4. Bridges
5. Push up to knee to opposite elbow
6. Superman with DB
Perform above in a ladder. So, #1, then #2 & #1, then #3, #2, #1 and so on. 40 sec on, 10 sec rest.
7. Stationary lunge 3 x 40sec
8. Other leg 3 x 40sec
9. Tricep kickbacks 3 x 30sec
10. Shoulder presses 3 x 30sec
