This 15-minute cardio workout is perfect for all levels of fitness, especially beginners. We give low impact variations for every move!
Tools needed: none
1, Wide squat, knee to elbow
2. Lo side shuffle squats
3. Skater to crossover lunge
2 x 40sec
4. 4 jumping jax + 2 squat jumps
5. 4 alt knee drives + 4 alt kicks
6. Push up + 2 plank jax
