Day 4 of our 5 Day Beginner Learn Yoga Challenge. On Day 4 we will be focusing on some common “problem” areas that love a good opening - the shoulders, thoracic spine, hips and pelvis. These are some of the most well-loved poses - and some of the most challenging. Enjoy! In this practice, you will need something to bring the floor closer (blocks, books, a chair) and a strap or belt (bathrobe ties work great, or even a long tea towel). A large folded blanket or towel will also be helpful for poses on the floor.
