This class is good for all levels of fitness. A great class for those who have always wanted to try yoga or those who have previous experience. A fitness band is a great tool to enhance the stretching in this class for those tight hips and hamstrings,as well as adding some resistance work as we move through yoga postures. Please have a yoga mat, yoga block or a firm pillow and a yoga strap or fitness band or a belt for this class.
