Day 1 of the 10-Day Barre Strong Challenge. This full body workout is the perfect mix of exercises to kick start your challenge! In this workout we use larger ranges of movement to maximize the muscles worked. Utilize your own bodyweight in exercises to sculpt, lengthen and lean out. We build from the foundations of barre fitness- a combo of plies, releves and kickbacks- then end with a relaxing mat stretch!
