Mobility Series: Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs)

Mobility Series: Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs)

CARs stand for controlled articular rotations, and they are the largest range of motion possible that your joint can make. CARs are like flossing if general mobility is brushing your teeth. When performed on a regular basis, they help us maintain and improve the range of motion we have, check in with our joints, improve the neuro-mapping (mind-body connection) we have of our joints, and much more. If you have a body and you want to move it well, CARs are for you.
