Fascia stretching can miraculously clear stiff, dense tissue, providing a pathway out of chronic pain! New pathways will open for more productive energy flow and healing and knowing how to care for our body's connective tissue, known as fascia, is one of the most effective methods for building deep foundational strength, boosting circulation, and encouraging a greater range of motion in all the joints. In this 10-day series, Miranda will lead you through a fascia stretching program that will teach you specific stretches for each area of the body. You'll learn step-by-step movements and receive modifications that get you into proper alignment and eliminate potential aches or pains. By the end, you'll have everything you need to feel great from head to toe and move with more fluidity and ease.
For this series, you'll need a mat, tennis or lacrosse ball, yoga strap (or similar), 2 yoga blocks (or rolled towels) and for a few of the videos a foam roller.
