Day 3 R&R with Jenn Series. The holiday season - for many of us, it brings a mixed bag of joy and stress. In this series, we carve out time to reconnect to our own sustainable energy source by reconnecting to our Selves. In today’s practice, we use breath and movement to remind us of the physical, mental, and emotional space that is our right, during this season and beyond.
All Levels.
Have a folded towel or blanket, a cushion, or a block nearby for seated postures. A bolster, or couch cushion, might also be helpful but not necessary.
