Day 7 of the 7-Day Aging Gracefully Series. On our last day together, we move through the postures we’ve learned and challenge ourselves with new variations to remind ourselves how incredible our bodies are. Then, using our resources of breath, body and core awareness, and, most importantly, compassion and kindness, we are ready to move off the mat with a little more confidence, balance, lightness and grace.
Have a folded towel or blanket and yoga blocks or books nearby. A couch cushion or yoga bolster is also recommended but not required. A wall or chair nearby may be needed for support.
