Get into the holiday spirit and join PJ for her annual 12 Days of Christmas workouts. These workouts will help you hit the holiday season strong, energized, and ready to take on anything.
While the holiday season is a time for celebration, family, and, of course, lots of delicious food. But it's also a time when our fitness goals can easily fall by the wayside. That's why I created this special 12 Days of Christmas workout series—to help you stay on track and feel your best during the most wonderful time of the year.
Each day, we'll focus on a different aspect of fitness—from strength training to high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to core work and flexibility and mobility exercises. This comprehensive approach will ensure that you build overall strength and endurance.
The workouts last 20-40 minutes and require a few pairs of dumbbells, a chair, and access to a wall. All levels are welcomed and osteoporosis-friendly alternatives will be presented when needed.
And... we will also bulletproof a different area of the body during each workout.
This is the perfect holiday series that can be done any time of the year.
