Shoulder injuries can be incredibly slow to heal, but you might start feeling some progress after a few weeks! And that's when you're ready for level 2 of our shoulder rehab series. This video takes it up a notch from just getting your arm moving to activating and strengthening your shoulder muscles! Let's get started on your journey to recovery!
Tools: 2-3lbs dumbbell (or can of soup, water bottle), medium-sized ball of some kind
Now that we are past mobility and onto muscle activation, I recommend you do this video twice a day.
Warm-up: pendulums, ball roll -> quick run of a few of the level 1 exercises
