Are you suffering from the agony of a stiff and sore back after a long journey? Every position you try is uncomfortable, and it feels like nothing can ease the pain. Don't worry, this is a common problem I've experienced too. But here's the good news - I'm here to help you get back on your feet and moving again!
When our backs are in pain, it can be tempting to stay in bed all day with a heat pack and pillows. But trust me, movement is the key to recovery. Once the acute stage is over, your back will thank you for staying active. I know it's hard to believe right now, but I'm going to show you how to start moving without experiencing excruciating pain.
Get ready to say goodbye to that stiffness and soreness. Let's get you back on the road to feeling great again!
You can do these as often as you can tolerate during these first few days of excruciating pain, whether that’s 3 or 5 times or even more. When I had my back injury a couple of years ago, I actually only felt relief while doing the exercises, so I was doing them any second I had the chance!
Level 1 is for those of you who are having trouble moving - ++ pain!
Tools: chair, stability ball (optional)
