Day 4 of the 14 Day Meditation Challenge.
Many times, people will say that they can't meditate because they can't turn their brains off. They can't stop thinking. They don't believe they can still their minds. They believe that you have to think about nothing. Myself included, I've learned to pay attention to my thoughts as I focus on my breathing. It’s ok to acknowledge it and observe it and then labelling it for what it is and not go too deeply into it.
